Description
Performance Work Statement Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Canada Geese Hazard Management Support: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-17-Q-0056 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541620 (Environmental Consulting Services). The small business size standard is 15M. Department of Labor Wage Determination will be based on location of the service provided. Partial proposals will not be accepted. This requirement is to provide monthly Canada Geese hazard management services to DLA Installation Support at Richmond. The contractor shall prepare a goose management protocol using working dogs to eliminate or minimize the Canada Geese population at Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297 to help mitigate hazards and nuisances associated with goose activities. Requirement must be completed as stated in the Performance Work Statement; unless otherwise coordinated and approved by the customer and the contracting officer. Performance period will be a 12-month base period plus 2 12-month options periods. Contractor shall base their pricing calculation on 200 visits per 12-month period. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Performance Work Statement and the solicitation. Also refer to clauses and provisions includes in this notice. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR and ORCA, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
