- THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for construction supplies for DOI, BIA, NRO BRANCH OF NATURAL RESOURCES, in FORT DEFIANCE, ARIZONA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A17PS01017, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This acquisition is for a Native American Owned Business Small Business Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C). The NAICS Code is 331110, Size standards 1,500. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision and incidental necessary to deliver asphalt material to be delivered to Natural Resources Department, Building 40, Blue Canyon Rd, Fort Defiance, AZ. Award will be made to the lowest price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government.
