- RFQ HSHQW9-17-Q-00015 The Government has a requirement for laundry, dry cleaning, alteration, and repair services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to provide laundry and dry cleaning services, including pick-up and delivery for the Federal Protective Service (FPS) Region 9 located at 230 N. 1st Ave., Suite 430, Phoenix, AZ 85003. This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 procedures and is reserved for competition with small businesses only. The applicable NAICS code is 812320, with a size standard of $5.5 Million. Quotes submitted by businesses not meeting the size standard will not be considered. In response to this notice, all responsible small businesses may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.
