- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-17-T-0148 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order. Licenses must be Tecplot, Inc, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Tecplot is the current software and the post processing software must match to be compatible in form, fit and function. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Only quotes from authorized Techplot distributors will be considered. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-17-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. POP: ***Instructions to offeror's*** Please include the following information with your response: •(1) Small Business - Yes ___ No ___ •(2) Cage Code •(3) Dun & Bradstreet # •(4) If available on a Pricelist please provide a copy. Please complete attachment : Section K This notice of intent is not a request for 5:00pm est., on 27 July 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
