- The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for Audiovisual Services to create an interpretive video for Pullman National Monument. The purpose of this contract is to provide all audiovisual services to create one four-to-five interpretive video for Pullman National Monument, Chicago, Illinois. The government anticipates award of one firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation is totally set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be available via Fedconnect and FedBizOpps on or about August 4, 2017. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
