- Description
- This synopsis is for a non-commercial, 2-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for the repair of failed Joint-Service Electronic Combat Systems Testers (JSECST) Core Test Sets (CTS). The National Stock Number (NSN) 4920-01-461-6316KV Part Number (P/N) 37534-40001-20 will be repaired and shall include system calibration, integration, and operational verification of CTS. Some testers will be upgraded during repair process to NSN 4920-01-618-5101KV, P/N 40469-40001-20 IAW Time Compliance Technical Order 33D7-13-229-52. Additionally, Government will ship CTS (and upgrade kits as required) to vendor for repairs. This IDIQ contract will consist of one basic contract period of 12 months and one Option Period of 12 months. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) for each ordering period: Basic - 15 each Option One - 15 each. The incumbent contractor is AAI Corporation (CAGE 97384). IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements applies to this requirement. Technical data is NOT available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this synopsis are required within 10 days of this notice on or before 17 July 2017. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage http://www.fbo.gov/.
