- Special Notice The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Decision Lab; 10400 Little Patuxent Pkwy #305, Columbia, MD 21044for the purpose of funding software program license renewals. Based on market research, and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that only this license renewal can be facilitated to Decision Lab due to proprietary and configuration access. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Kelli Parker, email address: Kelli.Parker@ic.fbi.gov by Tuesday, July 25, 2017 (2:00 pm Eastern). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
