- Statement of Work U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract to ForeFlight, LLC to provide domestic flight planning, navigation, aviation weather and terminal charting that intergrates with portable ADS-B receivers. Furthermore, worldwide coverage product must provide enroute and terminal charts currently supported by Defense Logistics Agency Flight Information Publications (FLIP's) for inclusion on an Electronic Flight Bag. Foreflight, LLC has the capabilities and expertise to enter into a contract for Electoric Flight Bag services. Foreflight offers a comprehensive program for flight charts that entails the different areas of coverage required for mission success. The anticipated contract period of performance will be from September 1, 2017 through August, 31 2018. There is also one option year with a period of performance from September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
