- Install a complete roofing system at Minute Man Visitor Center, Minute Man National Historical Park, 3113 Marrett Road (Route 2A), Lexington, MA in accordance with Contract Documents. Work includes, but is not limited to, all materials, labor, equipment and supervision; performing all operations required to complete the project as outlined in the Scope of Work. Total square footage of all roofs on Minute Man Visitor Center is approximately 11,000 square feet. Contractor is responsible for confirming all measurements and conditions in the field and providing a quote for removal of the entire existing roofing system and installation of a new roofing system. Entire roofing system shall have a thirty-year warranty.
