- 05. Performance Work Statement (PWS) 04. Exhibits Pricing Schedule 03. Standard Form (SF) 1449 - Solicitation (#FA5209-17-Q-0044) 02. Notice to Offerors (NTO) 01. Government Policy Letter DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and associated labor necessary to perform chartered bus services when, as and if scheduled by the Government at any time during any calendar day. The Contractor must be duly authorized to operate and perform services required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms and conditions under this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. Offerors will propose a rate of commercial type buses, as defined in the draft Performance Statement (PWS). All costs of operation under this contract shall be borne by the Contractor, including but not limited to, tolls, licenses, costs of overtime, Sunday or holiday work, or for operations during stormy or inclement weather.
