Description

The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service intends to award a copyrighted sole source delivery order of various types of handbooks and publications to Relx Inc. dba LexisNexis, at 9443 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45342-4425, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(l). This is a one (1) year contract with the period of performance from 9/13/2017 - 9/12/2018. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all interested parties who identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, will be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities within 15 calendar days of the published date of this notice. All Treasury contractors are required to register or be already registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to receipt of award.
