- Technical Exhibit 3 UPH Appliance Issued Inventory Technical Exhibit 2 UPH Appliance - Workload Data Technical Exhibit 1 UPH Appliance Maximum Repair Allowance - MRA Solicitation W912CN-17-Q-0087 The solicitation W912CN-17-Q-0087 and the technical exhibits will be uploaded to this announcement. The site visit will be scheduled for 7/31/2017 at 9:30am HI Standard Time. RSVP for site visit is on 7/28/2017 at 2:00pm HI Standard Time, please send an email with your name, telephone/cell phone number, and email address to Angela McColor at angela.u.mccolor.civ@mail.mil if you plan on attend the site visit. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, supplies, equipment, and parts to respond to service orders for Government-owned appliances at Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) locations at all Army installations on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Buildings may be a multi-level story unit with no elevator, the majority of the items will be transported between the UPH buildings and the Furnishings Management Office (FMO) Government Warehouse located at Building 1091, 1479 MacMahon Rd., Schofield Barracks. The Government reserves the right to decrease or increase number of buildings and inventory during the contract period. A service order consists of a repair, removal, installation, and transportation of an appliance. Services shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer recommendation, Federal, State, and local policies and procedures. The quotes and all documents being requested by the Government are due on 8/11/2017 at 10:00am HI Standard Time.
