- WEST TRAIL CREEK CULVERT REPLACEMENT This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price construction contract for West Creek Trail Culvert Replacement located within the vicinity of Medford district area of responsibility. The magnitude for this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The performance period is from September 1, 2017 to October 30, 2017. The NAICS code is 237310 and the small business size standard $36.5M. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable.
