- Clauses and Provisions Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487717Q0306 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This procurement is being issued as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 332510 with a size standard of 750 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - Door Finger Guards CLIN 0002 - Installation Period of Performance: 60 ARO SEE THE FOLLOWING ATTACHMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) - ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE IMPORTANT DATES/TIMES (All Times are Arizona Local Time): - NO questions will be considered after the questions due date - ALL questions shall be submitted in writing 12:30PM, Wednesday, 27 July 2017 - RSVPs for the Site Visit must be received via email 12:30PM, Thursday 28 July 2017 - Site Visit will take place 12:00PM, Monday 31 July 2017 - Any questions due via email 4:30PM, Monday 31 July 2017 - Answers to questions will be posted 2:00PM, Wednesday 2 August 2017 - Quotes must be received via email It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
