Description

4 Pressure Wash of Building VA Medical Center Muskogee OK 74401 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information only) GENERAL: Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Affairs Medical Center (JCMVAMC) is requiring a contract to complete a pressure wash of the front of the outside of the buildings. If you look at the included picture, this includes the two high towers located at either end of the campus. Safety is the main concern as the towers are over 5 stories tall. We ve included some pictures below: 2. BACKGROUND: The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System is an integrated healthcare system comprised of the Jack C. Montgomery VA Center and two main clinics; the Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and our Hartshorne Clinic that is in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System and its associated clinics provide a wide variety of Services. The main hospital is the Jack C. Montgomery VA Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic offers Primary Care, Lab Services, Rehabilitation Services, Radiology, Dental, ENT, Gastronomy, Optometry, Prosthetics, Pulmonary Rheumatology, as well as Spinal Cord Services. The Hartshorne Clinic offers Primary Care, Mental Health, Social Work, and Lab Services. 3. LOCATION OF PERFORMANCE: a. Jack C. Montgomery VA Center 1011 Honor Heights Drive Muskogee, Ok 74401 4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Once contractor has been identified, the contractor must be available to ensure all Safety and OSHA requirements are met. PURPOSE: This contract is needed to ensure the front side of the hospital is pressure washed and free of all debris. 5. SCHEDULE OF SERVICES: Once awarded, contractor has 30 days to complete the project to 100% of the projects fullness and both towers are completely cleaned and free of debris. 6. WARRANTY: Care must be given to ensure that there are damages to the building and grounds around the facility. 7. SCOPE OF WORK: Pressure wash of the front of the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. IMPORTANTR NOTE: This RFI (Request for Information) is for information only; no award will be made off of this RFI.
