- Special Notice - Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION 12612 Challenger Pkwy Ste 300, Orlando, FL 32826-2700. ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION will provide various miscellaneous CCTV, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and monitoring station equipment to include power supplies, LED monitors, and media converter. These various equipment and parts will be utilized on the Advantor Security System that is currently installed at this location. The requirement will be sole sourced to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION in order to c onform and integrate into customer owned and already installed security system equipment. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 335999 and has a size standard of 500 EMPLOYEES for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, July 31 2017 to: usaf.tn.164-aw.mbx.msc@mail.mil. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
