- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Tampa Delineated Area (See attached map): N orthern Boundary: West Hillsborough Avenue (from the Veterans Expressway) continuing east to North Armenia Avenue; continuing south to West Columbus Drive; continuing east to the Hillsborough River; continuing southeast to Interstate 275 North; continuing east to Scott Street; continuing east to Nebraska Avenue; continuing south to Selmon Expressway; continuing east on Chanelside Drive; continuing north to Adamo Drive; continuing east to State Road 301. Eastern Boundary: State Road 301 Southern Boundary: Causeway Boulevard (from State Road 301) continuing west to 22nd street Causeway; continue following Hillsborough Bay shoreline to MacDill Air Force Base; continuing west on MacDill Air Force Base northern perimeter to Tampa Bay shoreline. Western Boundary: Tampa Bay shoreline (from MacDill Air Force Base northern perimeter) continuing north to Highway 60; continuing east Veterans Expressway; continuing north to West Hillsborough Avenue. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,712 ABOA Square Feet Vault and Office: Of the required 24,712 ABOA square feet, the Government requires 4,675 ABOA square feet for a secure vault that must be located on the first floor, having direct vehicle access from the exterior of the facility. The Government requires the remaining 20,037 ABOA square feet for office and related space. Dedicated Loading Dock: In addition to the square footage requirements specified above, the Government requires a dedicated loading dock for exclusive use by the government with roll up door providing direct vehicular access. The loading dock must not be greater than 25 feet away from the vault entrance. The loading dock and vault entrance must be configured so the public has no opportunity to view or enter this area. The space must be sufficient to allow the construction of a dedicated secure vehicular vestibule for loading and unloading high valued assets. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,712 ABOA Square Feet Space Type: Secure vault, office and related space, dedicated loading dock. Parking Spaces (Total): Twenty (20) parking spaces reserved for the exclusive use of the Government AND secured in accordance with additional requirements that shall be addressed in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking may be surface or structured; however, all parking must be secured in accordance with additional requirements that shall be addressed in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). Parking Spaces (Reserved): Twenty (20) Full Term: Fifteen (15) Years Firm Term: Ten (10) Years Additional Requirements: This project has not received approval for new lease construction. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP).
