Description
The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U.S. Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Tampa, Florida at the Tampa International Airport. The U.S. Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,695 to a maximum of 4,508 square feet of ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA SF) and 5 reserved parking spaces. In addition, approximately 7,000 square feet of contiguos land is required for the detonation of explosive magazines. A base radio station is also required. The entire requiement must be located within the boundaries of the Tampa International Airport. Rent must include all utilities and real estate taxes. A fully serviced lease is preferred.
