- Amendment No. 0001 AMENDMENT NO. 0001 - AMENDMENT NO. 0001 PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT: The purpose of this amendment is to change the time for the receipt of proposals, schedule a second organized site visit, incorporate into the contract FAR 52.219-14, transmit the site visit sign-in sheet, replace three drawings, and provide answers to questions. RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: The time for receipt of proposals is reduced by three hours; the time is changed from 1700 (hour) local time to 1400 (hour) local time. The time and date for receipt of proposals is 1400 (hour) local time 08/04/2017 (date).
