- Meal Plan; Dates; and Time PWS-Detailed Meal Plan & Menu This is URGENT SOURCE SOUGHT. The New Mexico Army National Guard is looking for CATERING SERVICE SOURCES. The detailed Meal Plan; Dates; and quantities (Performance Work Statement is attached here in). Catered Meal Delivery Date: 30 July - 13 August Delivery Address: National Guard, Hobbs, New Mexico 88240 The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMANG) is soliciting on a 100% small business set-aside for services to provide CATERED MEALS in HOBBS, New Mexico during July 30th - August 13th 2017. To be considered for this award the contractor shall: 1.) Be able to meet all requirements defined in the synopsis, solicitation, and PWS; 2.) Be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database per DFARS 252.204-7004 (www.sam.gov); 3.) Contractor shall be able to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (https://wawf.eb.mil) for payments to be processed electronically.
