This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Any Small Businesses Firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334516, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of functionally equivalent equipment to all the following: New Tobii Pro Hardware and Software Install, Upgrade & Support or Equal The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, engineering design, and supervision to design, manufacture, and deliver this equipment. Design and delivery shall be coordinated with the Service Point of Contact Personnel, to be revealed after contract award has been determined. PHYSICAL SPECIFICATIONS of SOFTWARE/HARDWARE PACKAGE: 1) Must have the minimum of the following: Item 400117; Tobii Pro X2-60 Hardware Package; Quantity One Item 411011; Tobii Studio Enterprise Includes 1 yr Support & Upgrade; Quantity One Item 110193; Upgrade from Tobii Studio to Pro Lab Full Edition; Quantity One Item 601030; 1-day Onsite Installation & Startup Training; Quantity One (PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE.SPECIFICALLY THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT OF WORK, TO SEE IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE) THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement.
