The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Contracting Division (AFLCMC/HNCK) hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
