- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Ultrasonic Scanning System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6264517Q0015. The NAICS code is 339112 with a small business size of 1000 employees. Vendors must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Provisions and clause in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 are incorporated.
