- Attachment 2 - Wage Determination, dated 24 January 2017 Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, dated 20 June 2017 Solicitation FA4897-17-Q-0024 Mountain Home AFB requires non-personal services in support of United States Air Force voluntary off-duty education program. The contractor shall provide one (1) part-time (32 hours per week) Test Administrator in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated 20 June 2017 and the Wage Determinations, dated 24 January 2017. Quotes are due, via e-mail to Dawn Graham, dawn.graham.3@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 PM MDT, 31 July 2017. A synopsis is not required for this requirement in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13).
