- These are the contract terms and conditions applicable to non-GSA schedule awards This is the RFP Protecting USHMM information assets and maintaining the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of its IT systems and network resources are vital to accomplishing USHMM's mission and functions. OMB guidance requires a process, identified as security accreditation, to ensure that a management official authorizes in writing the use of agency General Support System (GSS) based on implementation of its security plan before beginning or significantly changing processing in the system. The systems shall be re-accredited at least every 3 years. USHMM previously completed the GSS C&A in 2014, and is now working to complete the current GSS C&A by September 25, 2017. (Please note that USHMM has requested an extension to this deadline - a decision on this matter remains pending as of the date of publication of this RFP.) Offerors are hereby put on notice that USHMM desires only the minimum certification effort necessary to achieve accreditation as accreditation is USHMM's sole basis for undertaking the certification evaluation process. To streamline the process as much as possible, USHMM will require all coordination on this C&A be done through the USHMM CISO. Museum contemplates issuing award of a Firm Fixed Price contract or order resulting from this solicitation.
