- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price small purchase order to Reactel, Inc. 8031 Cessna Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20879 for twenty-five 25) each Reactel Bandpass Filters P/N 9CX7-2212-X25 N11, and twenty-five (25) each Reactel Bandpass Filters P/N 9CX7-2277-X25 N11. This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition for the following reason; the items being purchased are compatible with existing systems currently being used and require the exact set-up. Delivery will be no later than seven weeks after award of the order. FOB Destination to the Naval Experimental Diving Unit, Panama City, FL 32407. NAICS Code 334111 applies. Small Business Size standard 750 employees. PSC is 5915. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price and past performance, and adherence to the specifications.
