- SF1449 SOW Description(s): Added: July 19, 2017 10:31 am The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg located at 1060 River Road in Hopewell, Virginia intends to issue solicitation number RFQP01141700034, for Steam Boiler Repair. Please review the attach SOW. The contract type is firm fixed price. The Institution's physical address (FCC Petersburg 1060 River Road Hopewell Va. 23860). The solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website: https://www.fbo.gov on or about July 21, 2017. This site provides all downloading instructions on how to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Faith-Based organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the referenced website. The order will be place by the Facilities Department. All future information about this solicitation is restricted and total set-aside for small business.
