Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A GSA SCHEDULE CONTRACT: The Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG), hereby gives notice of their intent to award a GSA Schedule contract to KCura, 1880 Campus Commons Drive, Suite 250 North, Reston VA 20191., as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The DHS OIG seeks to replace its legacy electronic discovery software system (EDSS) with a more reliable, efficient and effective replacement. The procurement of a reliable EDSS is an asset to the OIG as a whole. The OIG Office of Counsel will use EDSS to review and process documents in order to effectively litigate and defend the interests of DHS OIG. EDSS is also used by the Office of Investigations for collection, processing and analysis of documents that are not required to be housed in an isolated network. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all written responses to this notice this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. All submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing by 2:00 pm August 4, 2017 to Jessie Matta @ Jaspreet.matta@oig.dhs.gov. Telephone calls regarding this notice will neither be accepted nor returned.
