This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is to provide and install casework additions for Martin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Benning, GA. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is W912DY-17-T-0242, and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are included in the attached solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 337211. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is included in Exhibit 2. Site Visit: No site visit is anticipated. Questions and Answers: Any questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Scot Moore, via email, at Scot.A.Moore@usace.army.mil and CEHNC-CT-IO&T-IMF-QUOTE@usace.army.mil. No later than 2:00 P.M. Central Time on 4 August 2017. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached documents. a. Exhibit 1: RFQ W912DY17T0242 b. Exhibit 2: Price Quote Info Sheet c. Exhibit 3: Performance Work Statement (PWS) 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items (Oct 2014) This RFQ is issued under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will select the quote that provide the best value solution to the Government in terms of price and non-price factors. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Capability 2. Schedule 3. Price See Exhibit 1 Submit quotes: Offerors shall submit quotes, technical specifications, Schedule, and a completed Exhibit 2 Pricing Sheets. Quotes shall be received in the contracting office no later than 1:00 P.M. Central Time on 23 August 2017. All quotes must be submitted to the Engineering and Support Center as follows: (1) electronic copy via email to Scot.A.Moore@usace.army.mil and CEHNC-CT-IO&T-IMF-QUOTE@usace.army.mil. Quotes submitted after the deadline will not be considered further for award.
