- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a sole source contract to Terumo BCT, Inc for consumable supplies to collect whole blood from human donors. The required items make up the Terumo BCT whole blood collection system that are the only items compatible with the TSCD and TSCD II equipment currently installed at TAMC. These items are specifically made for the Terumo TSCD and TSCD II and are the only ones validated and compatible with these equipment. The solicitation will be available on 21 July 2017.
