- Solicitation The purpose of this project is to remove and replace lift station pumps in select buildings, at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Boulder campus located at 325 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado. (Reference associated Performance Work Statement for full description of work.) This procurement is a 100% Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business set aside, see FAR Clause 52.219-3 herein. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition 237110. In accordance with FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the amount for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All offerors must complete and return the standard form 1442: OFFER Section blocks 14-20c, and SCHEDULE Item No. section. Offerors must comply with the FAR requirements of 52.204-7, 52.204-8, 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements. Funds for Line Item 0001 are presently available for this acquisition. All Line Items will be evaluated for price reasonableness. A site visit will be conducted on August 4, 2017. See FAR 52.236-27, for details. Request for Information (RFI) shall be due shortly afterwards, with a submittal deadline of August 9, 2017, 1pm. MST. A bid guarantee is required.
