- Statement of work RFQ Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation HSCG23-17-Q-N50249 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Requirement GENERATOR,ALTERNATING CURRENT NSN: 6115-14-566-842 P/N: A3478-002AMD.C QTY:2 EA TRANSFORMATEUR, MES NSN:5950-14-539-6381 P/N: CT3566 QTY:2 EA The United States Coast Guard C-27J program requires spare aircraft parts for the fleet. Only the exact part numbers listed on the Purchase Order will be accepted. This requirement must be restricted to authorized sources of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or firms who can effectively demonstrate their ability to acquire the components directly from the OEM. Used, reconditioned, overhauled, or remanufactured material will not be acceptable. Only NEW TRACEABLE PARTS to manufacture Cage Code F0296 are acceptable. Full traceability back to OEM is required and MUST documented. The Coast Guard requires that distributors or other potential sources be ASA-100 certified, or in compliance with other quality systems listed in FAA Advisory Circular 00-56A. These requirements are necessary in order for the Coast Guard to maintain the capability to adequately support all Coast Guard missions. Responsible sources All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Read attachments for additional information In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 31 July 2017, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 03 August 2017.
