The Military Sealift Command requests information on available vessels and pricing for one (1) vessel that meets the attached specification for a base period of 1 Oct 2017-31 Mar 2018 and one option period from 1 Apr 2018 to 31 Mar 2019. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requests U.S.-flag tugs to provide harbor support, ship handling and personnel transfer services for the Chesapeake Bay region and surrounding waters.
