THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in support of Veteran Affairs Healthcare System, Eugene, OR is currently requesting information to determine the existence of viable commercial sources capable of providing HVAC Survey for of all critical airflow rooms. This includes reading airflows, room pressures, calculating room sizes and air changes per hour in all specified rooms throughout the VA Facility. No adjusting of air volume or room pressures is included. The intended contract period of performance is for a base year with four (4) one-year option periods. Areas to be Tested: 10 Clean Utility and Storage Rooms, 7 Soiled Utility Rooms, 6 Procedure Rooms, 2 Isolation Rooms, 3 General & Cysto Operating Rooms, 6 Prep./Sterile/Cleans Rooms, 2 Oral Surgery/Dental Labs, 3 Ante Rooms, 1 Decontamination Room, 1 Detergent Room, 1 CT Scanner Room, 1 PT Machine Room, 1 Colonoscopy Room and 1 Scrub Corridor. Total Rooms = 45. For the following location: The Eugene Clinic is located at: 3355 Chad Drive, Eugene, OR 97408 The NAICS code assigned is: 561210 Facilities Support Services and the small business size standard is $38.5 million. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time, and it will be the Contracting Officer who will determine which suggested changes are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Concerns who are capable and qualified to perform services. Responses to this request will be considered for the purpose of determining how the requirements will be stated and how the procurement will be conducted.
