Description

Signature-Redacted J&A -- Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) under FAR 6.302-1 for Trusted Thin Client (TTC) items apparently available only from Forcepoint Federal, LLC. Government's market research indicates that the required Trusted Thin Client (TTC) software and software maintenance are proprietary to and sold exclusively by Forcepoint Federal, LLC. Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Forcepoint Federal, LLC regarding the scope and either a) establish a new contract or b) modify an existing one. Specific requirement is described as follows: Item 1 P/N 1023-A-CP00-N Trusted Thin Client - Distribution Console SW License (2 Ntwks) Qty 4 Item 2 P/N 1023A-A-CP12-N Trusted Thin Client - Distribution Console SW Maintenance (One Year) Qty 4 Pricing proposals for the above-described Bill of Materials are sought from any responsive source and will be evaluated, if received timely via e-mail. If none are received, then Government will proceed with a sole-source award to Forcepoint.
