- INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Clincal Process Standardization Training. Please Note: this is being issued in connection with Request for Information (RFI) VA701-17-N-0102. DESCRIPTION: The scope of the procurement shall support clinical training tasks supporting VHA s mission objectives for VHA Clinical Process Standardization; a migration to more standardized clinical workflow processes ensuring that best practices in facility design are consistently implemented across VA, improving quality of care, and creating healing environments. These tasks include training plan development and delivery of clinical training, and measurements designed to track the performance of training execution, training effectiveness, and progress achieved in training facility clinical healthcare providers and support staff to receive and utilize newly released Health Information Technology (HIT) designed to improve and standardize clinical workflows.
