- Synopsis INSTALL EPOXY FLOOR BUILDING 45 - Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan. Provide and install a high performance four part mortar consisting of an epoxy resin curing agent. A REZ-STONE 9500 like floor system, or an equivalent, shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and recommendations. Epoxy mortar system shall be 0.25 inches. Epoxy floor system to include a 5 inch cove base molding. Contractor to level out the wash rack area floor for safety concerns. The contractor shall cut down the doors if needed for the doors to fit / close. Per floor product manufacturer's recommendations, the contractor is responsible for all floor preparation and repairs prior to the installation. Government shall inspect floor(s) prior to applications of epoxy floor products.
