- Request for Information 2 for NBAF MORS DHS is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) in order to gather feedback from industry on methods to be used in the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the MORS contract. This information will be considered by the Government in the development of the overall acquisition strategy and the RFP for the contract. The attached Adobe PDF document contains the RFI and all of its attachments. The document is electronically bookmarked for quick reference.
