- Attachment (5) Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) Roster Attachment (4) Applicable Documents Attachment (3) Deliverables Attachment (2) Performance Specifications Attachment (1) Performance Work Statement Combined synopsis/solicitation Naval Special Warfare Command is seeking commerically-available cartridge shot counter (CSC) systems that can be installed in existing wepons platforms. A CSC system consists of a weapon-mounted cartridge shot counter device (CSC), a data collection device (DCD), and a weapons maintenance analysis software program. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6 for commercial items, using simplified acquisition procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The agency intends to award a minimum of two or more contracts resulting from this RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, and DFARS Change Notice 20160630. Email is the only acceptable method of submission. All quotes must be emailed with the RFQ Number in the subject line. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before quote due date and time. This RFQ is solicited as a set aside for small business. Participating vendors must be registered under NAICS code 334112 at www.sam.gov; or self-certify in their quote. QUOTES: Quotes are due 1500 hours (PDT), 04 August 2017. Quote must be valid for 60 days. No facsimile quotes will be accepted. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes before offer due date and time specified. Offerors may submit written questions during the quote preparation period. All questions must be received no later than 1500 hours (PDT), 27 July 2017. All questions and submitted quotes shall be directed to the Contract Specialist by email at the following email address: NSWKO2@socom.mil Offerors shall cite the RFQ number and title in the subject line of the email. To be eligible for award, vendors shall review and comply with all attached documentation.
