- CHICAGO HARBOR STEEL STOP-LOG MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR - RFQ This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing a solicitation package for the following services. This acquisition ENTAILS establishing one (1) contract for the "STEEL STOP-LOG MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR" Please SEE SECTION C OF THE SOLICITATION FOR FULL SCOPE DETAILS. Additional project details AND contract clauses are attached to this notice via the Request for Quotation (RFQ Solicitation) document. COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS LIMITED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310, with a Small Business size standard in dollars of $7.5M. The Request for Proposal package is downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY. The project information are Portable document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Interested Offerors can download the RFQ Package from this notice. DELIVERABLES: The Contractor SHALL FULLY COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS OF THE SOLICITATION AND FURNISH DELIVERABLES TO Ms. Hubbard as described at the below paragraph's 1 & 2. a. BID SCHEDULE (PRICE QUOTE) - REFER TO SECTION B OF THE SOLICITATION b. REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS - REFER TO SECTION K OF THE SOLICITATION c. A Signed copy of your quote - REFER TO PAGE 1 OF THE SOLICITATION. 1. WHERE TO SUBMIT: Responses shall be furnished to Kim F. Hubbard, via email to kimberly.f.hubbard@usace.army.mil, no later than 4:30 P.M. CST on August 1, 2017. 2. ELECTRONIC FILES: Any electronic files (via EMAIL) CANNOT EXCEED this Agency's size limit of 20MB (includes email and the attachments); files exceeding this size will be denied access to Ms. Hubbard's email inbox. SPLIT OR MULTIPLE AWARDS WILL NOT RESULT FROM THIS ACQUISITION. CONTRACT AWARD: THE CONTRACTOR MUST FULLY COMPLY WITH THE DELIVERABLE REQUIREMENTS STATED ABOVE. Of particular importance, the contractor shall fully complete the ENTIRE BID SCHEDULE, TAKING NO EXCEPTIONS, to be considered responsive to this Solicitation and eligible for a resulting award. From this Solicitation, the government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced purchase order to the responsive and responsible contractor submitting the lowest aggregate price for all items included in the bid schedule.
