- Solicitation SP470317Q0055 Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment and tools to perform the work to provide and install approximately 8000 square feet of bird netting in the loading docks at warehouses 9 and 12 at the Defense Supply Center Richmond. Contractor shall use Stealth Net by Bird Barrier America Inc. or Government approved equal. Upon receipt of the award of a purchase order the contractor shall submit a plan of operation and a safety plan to be approved by safety and the project manager prior to start of work. This shall be provided within 10 days of the receipt of a purchase order. The DSCR point of contact for this project is Mr. Warren Nuckols Jr. He can be reached at 804-279-5117 to schedule a site-visit. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 45 days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
