- Standard Form 1442 Turn Key for MW Antenna for Sao Tome Transmitting Station Part 1 Sao Tome Transmitting Station TCI Antenna Drawings Part 2 Sao Tome Transmitting Station TCI Antenna Drawings New MW Antenna Turn Key Sao Tome Transmitting Station Solicitation Number BBG50-R-17-0006 The U.S. Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau, (IBB) Sao Tome Transmitting Station (STS) is intending to make an award for a Firm Fixed Price Construction contract. The station is located Voice of America, Pinheira - Sao Tome, Sao Tome Princioe, West Africa. This Solicitation Number BBG50-R-17-0006 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) that will result as in a firm fixed price construction contract. This will be an award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract using full and open competition to furnish antenna, parts, all items required to supply and ship the MW Antenna to Sao Tome. The once all the items are received install the MW Antenna. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. The small business size standard is $36.5 million of dollars. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94, effective January 19, 2017. The Contracting Officer (CO) has found and determined that the nature of the supplies to be provided is appropriate for an "unrestricted" procurement. The Contractor shall provide pricing and delivery in accordance with the. Standard Form 1442 is attached with all the requirements needed for this procurement. Please fill out all forms requested and return with your proposal. Contractor will respond in United States Currency. The Period of performance shall be completed in is 10 calendar days after notice to proceed and complete in 365 days. Offerors shall submit a completed copy of the (Offeror representations and certifications this can be found in your SAM registration) with their proposal. The Offeror shall note that these services shall be firm-fixed pricing. The Contractor's proposed prices shall include wages; overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned ratings are not applicable to this acquisition. No numbered notes apply to this acquisition. Offerors shall submit two (2) attachments, (1) The Price Proposal (2) Technical Proposal. Proposals are to be submitted by 2:00 pm EST on August 19, 2017. All questions are to be submitted in writing and must be received by 12:00 EST August 4, 2017. Proposals are to be submitted by email to ccsugg@bbg.gov.
