- Solicitation document Work includes, but is not limited to: snow and ice removal service. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Huron, South Dakota. Anticipated contract period is September 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $150,000. Anticipated award date is August 24, 2017. Information regarding a site visit can be found in the attached document. A site visit is recommended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation 47PJ0017R0041 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Please see attached solicitation document for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, description of requirements, and applicable provisions, clauses and addenda.
