- Description
- This agency proposed to issue a solicitation for a long- term contract which will include NSN 6685-01-388-8868, Thermocouple, Immersion which is identified by Harco LLC, CAGE 00060, P/N HAD19687 and United Technologies Corporation, CAGE 77445, P/N 1B4730. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 55 each for the base year and each option year. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 14 each and will be satisfied in the base year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 104 days ARO. Delivery terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about April 5, 2017 Solicitation SPE4A617R0251 has been replaced with solicitation SPE4A617X1266. Solicitation SPE4A617X1266 is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. A copy of the solicitation is available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
