Network Contracting Officer 22 intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for three months with JOERNS, LLC., 19748 Dearborn Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311. under the authority 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 811219, small business size standard: $20.5 million. Joerns shall provide the maintenance, cleaning, and storage and for the Government owned mattress: The service shall be for the Joerns government owned mattresses which includes the following TXCair Plus, 42 TXCair Plus, & TXCair Plus Overlay mattresses for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS). The intended contract period will be for a period of three months. Interested parties shall identify their capability and certifications to perform this service in writing, and a description of how they can meet the need of VAGLAHS. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication (on/July 26, 2017) prior to 12:00 p.m. PST. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
