- Attachment 9 Attachment 8 Attachment 7 Attachment 6 Attachment 5 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Draft Solicitation W91QV1-17-R-0055 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center (MICC-FB) located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina is issuing a DRAFT copy of the solicitation for Military Family Housing Maintenance and Repair services on multiple U.S. military installations in the Washington, D. C. Military District to include Joint Base Myer- Henderson Hall (JBM-HH), Virginia, Fort McNair in Washington D.C., and the Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) Lodge in Arlington, Virginia for the Executive Management Housing Division (EMHD). Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Request for Proposal (RFP). The final RFP will be posted on or about 25 July 2017. The RFP and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov). Upon release of the final RFP, potential Offerors will be encouraged to submit questions and/or recommendations regarding the terms and conditions of the RFP and/or the associated documents. All timely submissions will be reviewed and the final RFP may contain changes as a result of any input received. Site Visit. The Government will hold a site visit at Fort Myer, VA on August 2, 2017 @ 9:30 AM EDT. The meeting location will be the parking lot across from the Patton Hall Officers Club, 310-305 Jackson Avenue. No other site visit will be conducted. Only two (2) individuals per company are authorized to attend. Each individual must present two (2) valid forms of picture identification at the Visitor Control Center (VCC) to access the installation. Send a list of attendees 48 hours in advance of the site visit to guy.k.brooks.civ@mail.mil in order for the attendees to be added to the site visit list. Please allow yourself additional time due to possible wait time at the VCC to receive a visitor's pass.
