Peacock/AFMC 410 SCMS/GULA TO: DLA Aviation Procurement Operations at Warner Robins (SPRWA1) LOCATION: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1813 FBO Post Title: Request for Interested Manufacturers of NSNs 6130-01-112-8902KV (Power Supply) SUBJECT: Market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of NSNs 6130-01-112-8902KV (Power Supply). ITEM DESCRIPTION NSN 6130-01-112-8902KV is a power supply that interfaces with other equipment and Units under test providing the AN/GSM-231, 232 and 233 Automatic Test Stations with a DC source Voltage of 5.0 Volts DC and 228.0 Volts DC. It also interfaces/operates with units under test and the rest of the equipment in the Automatic Test Stations. Impediment to Competition: The original equipment manufacturer for NSN 6130-01-112-8902KV (Power Supply) is Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE 55974), which maintains its configuration by part number and software version. The Government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or any other releasable technical data in support of this requirement. As a result, Honeywell International Inc. is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the NSN performance requirements and possession of the required technical data and capabilities needed to produce this item and ensure compatibility of the equipment. INTEREST The DLA/AWB Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to Honeywell International Inc. for the manufacture of NSNs 6130-01-112-8902KV (Power Supply). Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 5 Aug 2017 to Meagan Peacock meagan.peacock.3@us.af.mil and dla.dlr.proc@us.af.mil. The Government intends to procure these items using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
