Description

The Contractor shall provide hazardous, non-hazardous and specialty (i.e. hazardous pharmaceutical, non-hazardous pharmaceutical and dual [hazardous chemical and bio-hazardous combined]) waste services to include supplies, labeling, lab-packing, consolidation, collection, shipment, manifesting, regulatory inspection, auditing, training (i.e. initial and at least annual thereafter), consulting and emergency spill response for the Iowa City VA Health Care System to include servicing Community Based Out-Patient Clinic (CBOC) locations.
