- This posting constitutes the Mission & Installation Contracting Command - West Point's (MICC-WP) notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a contract to Experian Information Solutions Inc. The requirement is to provide Experian Data Match Archives for the Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis (OEMA). The period of performance is for a 12-month period. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The applicable NAICS code is 561450 and the size standard is $15M. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP). The U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this synopsis. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder.
