Cerjan Access Control Point, (ACP) at Fort Drum, NY. This Invitation For Bid (IFB), is 100% set aside for Small Business Administration certified firms whose principle place of business is within a 260 mile radius of Fort Drum, NY. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with the construction of the visitor center and includes an addition to the existing building in accordance with the specifications and drawings, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Contract duration is estimated to be 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference IFB number W911S2-17-B-0001 in the subject line. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $36.5 million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Site Visit Information: The Site Visit will be held on August 1, 2017 at 1:30pm EST. Participants will meet at LTG Paul G. Cerjan Access Control Point, Fort Drum, NY 13602. Participants shall complete an IMDR-ES Form 2 (Application for Sponsorship) for all individuals needing access to Fort Drum under this solicitation and submit the documents to lakenia.m.brown.mil@mail.mil and daniel.e.rowley.civ@mail.mil not later than July 26, 2017.
